A recent study by Harvard, reported by the Washington Post, indicated that people who meditate have less stress, which in-turn allows them to enjoy more success in life, have greater clarity and are able to resolve challenges with ease and enjoyment.


Obstacles to meditation: Most people think “I’m not a good meditator” or “I’m doing it wrong.” They believe this because of having random thoughts or the wandering of their attention while meditating. What you should know about meditation is that if your mind wanders, that is a signal you are doing it right! It means stress is releasing from your mind and body.
